REFUND POLICY


Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are final sale, this includes the use of coupon codes.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product. After which, you have an additional 7 days to physically return the item(s) back for a store credit/exchange. After 14 days from the day of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

Buyer is responsible for charges incurred from shipping item(s) back.

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
